In an unprecedented move, Scott Moe used the Notwithstanding Clause to take away the rights of vulnerable children in Saskatchewan, jeopardizing all of our rights and freedoms.

This has never been done in Saskatchewan before.

We even asked him to stop and think about what he was doing.
